This skirt has been pictured before, but that just proves how versatile a little black skirt is. A lot of the more billowy clothes that are trendy right now just don't agree with my short curvy frame, and the structure of this skirt really highlights what I want to be seen. A denim button up (chambray) should be a staple in everyone's wardrobe. It photographs great (ahem audition or even drivers license photo?!), looks crisp but feels comfy, and is also a great lighter substitute for a leather or denim jacket on those super warm summer nights. Throw a chambray shirt over a maxi dress and you're there. With accessories I kept it sporty and simple with a silver casio watch. In the summer/hot weather everything should be no-fuss, and I had a lot of fun executing that with this outfit, despite my deep resentment of the weather right now. PS. Below is a closer picture of the Converse wedges (that day I paired them with an ankle-skimming maxi).
